As the President of this remarkable non-profit organization, I am honored to have the opportunity to share with you the profound impact we are making in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
At IBA Career Services, our mission is clear and heartfelt: to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve self-sufficiency and financial independence by unlocking their full potential. We firmly believe that everyone deserves the chance to lead a fulfilling life, and we are dedicated to creating a community where barriers are shattered, and dreams become attainable realities.
Our experienced team is dedicated to continuing our mission and ensuring that we educate our current and future Employment & Training Program participants, community members, and employer networks about the endless sustainable employment possibilities that lie within our state of Florida. Accessible Housing Solutions
Having a safe and accessible place to call home is fundamental to leading an independent life. We work tirelessly to help our clients find housing solutions that accommodate their unique needs, ensuring they have a stable foundation from which to build their futures.
Nourishing Futures Lunch Program
Addressing food insecurity is a crucial aspect of our mission. Our Nourishing Futures Lunch Program ensures that no individual faces hunger while striving for success. Providing daily nutritious meals, we nourish not only bodies but also the spirit, fostering an environment of support and dignity for our clients.

MEET OUR FOUNDER'S
Linda Pierre, President & Co-Founder
A Florida native, Ms. Pierre’s devotion to Public Service and Career Development & Employment and Training, began in local government began at the age of 17. A true visionary, Ms. Pierre is now continuing her journey of helping others by helping South Floridians reach self-sufficiency through long-term employment.
IBA was created to help ensure this vision could come to fruition by assisting individuals with intellectual, medical and physical disabilities, ex-offenders, transitional youth, the elderly, and veterans find their dream jobs. At IBA, we make use of our experienced professional staff, with in-depth knowledge of the characteristics that most employers are looking for and matching them with our qualified jobseekers.
Alissa Domingue, Vice President & Co-Founder
Alissa Domingue co-founded Imagine, Believe & Achieve Career Services, Inc. In 2017 when she realized the need for advocacy within the disabled community. Alissa believes that any and every individual has the power to mold their lives into the image they want. Ms. Domingue learned from a very young age the importance of independence, and through working with organizations like Imuneek.com, Ms. Domingue found her love and compassion for the disabled community.
Ms. Domingue utilized the skills in working with a multitude of disabled individuals as family and friends, business development, legal work to create the vision for our clients by developing realistic strategic plans, which help guide our clients through the difficult process of self-sustainability and independence.
Ms. Domingue is an avid reader, adrenaline junkie, traveler and loves fine cuisine.
