Our Employment and Training Program is meticulous and magnifies each client’s strengths, skills and abilities while ensuring that each client is properly accommodated and able to successfully obtain gainful and stable employment.

We get to know our clients on a firsthand basis through our in-depth intake and evaluation process which allows is to build trust and support our clients to find work they enjoy everyday.

We instill in our clients the importance of self-confidence, self-awareness, and social skills to make the job-seeking and retention experience as effortless as possible. Our team is trained to work diligently to identify the character traits of each client in order to match them with integrative, long-term employment that mirrors their level of comfort.

Our “Inclusive Experience” provides each client with an interconnected support system that includes the IBA team, the client’s VR Counselor, and the client’s family.

Pre-Placement Training

Our Pre-Placement Training curriculum is tailored to the employment needs of this population and the demographics at hand. Our session topics include Self Esteem/Confidence Building, Building your Million Dollar Resume, Strategic Job Search & Interview Skills, Landing Your Dream Job, and much more.

On-the-Job Training

For our unique populations, with little to no work experience; our On-the-Job Training Program, may be the right program to consider. This program gives our staff the opportunity to work with local employers to find On-The-Job Training employment opportunities where clients are able to work as a trainee in their particular field of choice, for aset amount of time; while getting paid on the job. For those trainees who are able to prove themselves during this trial employment period, local employers may extend a job offer, which will lead to long-term employment.

Supported Employment

Our Supported Employment program provides extra attention and extra care within our extraordinary populations. We provide our Supported Employment clients with the confidence, social skills, resources, and tools, and determination needed to successfully gain employment, maintain employment, and become integrated into today’s society. Our Individualized program focuses on our clients’ skills & abilities and provides them with opportunities to work in fields that they never imagined possible.
